If a customer ships back a non-returnable item, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs to have the item(s) returned back to them)
- When returning items that were shipped at no cost to the customer (aka: "Free Shipping"), the credit to the customer will be less any and all shipping fees to, and from that customer. The customer is responsible for any applicable shipping charges associated with the product's safe return.
- Electrical components, items taken apart by the customer (including cutting wires shorter on electric motors), used items, demo items, refurbished items, installed items and chemicals are non-refundable under any and all conditions.
