This anti-vibration pad kit allows the installation of your compressor in your truck or trailer. These small rubber mats will absorb the vibrations produced by the compressor during operation and prevent damage to your equipment. An installation without these anti-vibration mats will be considered non-compliant and could result in your compressor being out of warranty in the event of a vibration-related failure.

The installation MUST be done by 2 people.
- Place the compressor in the desired location and mark the location of the leg holes.
- Move the compressor to drill the holes with a 9/16" drill bit in the locations you marked.
- Position the rubber plates and compressor legs so that they line up with the holes you have drilled in the floor.
- Insert a flat washer on a screw.
- Insert the screws into the holes on the top of the legs of your compressor (the head of the screw must be inside your truck/trailer).
- Insert the steel plate into the screw on the bottom of the truck/trailer.
- Insert the other flat washer.
- Screw on the nylon insert nut with soap or lubricant. Securely tighten and then loosen 1/4 turn. This step is very important to allow clearance and to allow the rubber plates to absorb the vibrations.
- Repeat with the other screws.
